The hotel offers rooms I've ever seen in my life at a reasonable rate. However, there were issues with the air conditioner and bedding as they had blood stains on them. The service was a mix of very friendly and helpful staff alongside some who seemed a bit rude. The location lacked proper vegetarian food options but was near Cochin University and Lulu Mall Cochin. As for dining, there is the option of shabu shabu. Overall, the facilities were good, but some improvements could be made.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very good with a comfy bed and equipped with all modern facilities, spacious, and extremely clean. The service was top-notch; the staff at the reception was very friendly and attended all of our inquiries promptly. The location was convenient, close to LuLu Mall, Cochin University, and Wonderla. The dining experience was delightful, especially the crepes. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
